Atsisėskite patogiame krėsle tiesia atkalte (arba ant kėdės) gerai apšviestame kambaryje, kur jums niekas netrukdys, pasirūpinkite, kad jis būtų švarus, sutvarkytas ir gerai išvėdintas. (Dulkės, betvarkė, tvankus oras ir prastas apšvietimas sumažina Reiki energijos siuntimo ir maldos efektyvumą, kadangi trukdo šviesos srautui ir atstumia Angelų būrius, kurie visada padeda besimeldžiančiam išlaisvinti sakralias Visatos energijas).
Laikykite tiesią nugarą ir galvą. Nesukryžiuokite rankų ir kojų, pėdas prispauskite prie grindų ar žemės. (Prasta laikysena atveria sąmonę neigiamoms jėgoms, kadangi negalite kontroliuoti saulės rezginio čaktos – emocijų vartų. Sukryžiuotos kojos ir rankos sukelia „trumpąjį jungimą“ energijų, kurioms skirta tekėti per jus kaip individą visos žmonijos palaimai).

Vizualizuokite virš savęs (Karūnos čakra) Violetinę šviesą ir įsivaizduokite triklostę liepsną (Triklostė liepsna yra trys pagrindiniai dvasios atributai - jėga, išmintis ir meilė. Ši spinduliuojanti Dievo liepsna egzistuoja kiekvieno jūsų širdyje, susiedama su jūsų dvasia per krištolo giją (dar žinomą kaip sidabro virvelė). Trys liepsnos atstovauja trejybę tai yra Dievo tėvo, sūnaus ir šventosios dvasios energijas. Ši Trejybė, esanti jūsų kūno šventykloje, sujungia jus su jūsų aukštesniuoju aš, nesvarbu, ar tai per Kristų, Buda ar Atmaną. Tegul šios liepsnos plečiasi jūsų sąmonėje), pulsuojančią ir besiplečiančią iš jūsų širdies čakroje: kairėje – mėlyna klostė, dešinėje – rožinė, o centre – auksinė (geltona). Vizualizuokite save baltosios, auksinės ir oranžinės ugnies rutulyje ir tuomet perskaitykite šią maldą (tris kartus):

Kai jūs vizualizuojate aplink save kosminį ugningai baltą, auksinį ir oranžinį spinduliavimą, venkite bet kokių savo mąstymo klaidų, t.y. neleiskite sau susikaupti prie bet kokios neigiamos savybės ar būsenos. Neleiskite net savo dėmesiui koncentruotis į jūsų pačių tariamąsias netobulybes. Įsivaizduokite, ką šviesa gali padaryti jūsų labui.

Thank you very much for the information you send and share with me about Coronovirus (COVID - 19). You have read and you probably know that this virus has a special effect on the human respiratory system, the lungs, simply by drying them.
I would encourage everyone to remain calm with a focus on helping yourself and those around You. How can we help?
Follow all recommendations issued by the World Health Organization and the Government of Lithuania and each of your countries.
What can we do as citizens of society, Reiki Mercar Practitioners or Reiki Practitioners representing other Reiki schools? Each of us can do the Aura Strengthening Exercise.

Aura Strengthening Exercise:

Sit in a comfortable chair a straight back (or on a chair) in a well-lit room where you won't be disturbed, keep it clean, tidy and well ventilated. (Dust, clutter, dense air, and poor lighting reduce the effectiveness of Reiki's energy and prayer by obstructing the flow of light and repelling the angels who are always helping us to release the sacred energies of the Universe).
Keep straight back and head. Do not cross your arms or legs, press your feet against the floor or the ground. (Poor posture opens consciousness to negative forces because you cannot control the solar plexus chakra - the gate of emotion. Crossed legs and arms cause a "short circuit" of energy that is intended to flow through you as an individual to the blessings of all humanity).
Visualize the Violet Light above you (Crown Chakra) and imagine a trinity flame at your heart chakra (The threefold flame is the three primary attributes of spirit - power, wisdom, and love. This radiant flame of God exists within your heart that ties to your spirit through a crystal cord (aka silver cord). The three flames are the energies of the father, son and holy spirit. This Trinity within the temple of your body unites you with your higher self, whether it's through Christ, Buddha, the Tao or the Atman. Let the flames of illumination expand within your consciousness): a blue plumage on the left, a pink plumage on the right and a golden (yellow) in the center. Visualize yourself in a circle of white, gold, and orange fire, and then read the following prayer (three times):

I AM light, glowing light,
Radiating light, intensified light.
God consumes my darkness,
Transmuting it into light.

This day I AM a focus of the Central Sun.
Flowing through me is a crystam river,
A living fountain of light
That can never be qualified
By human thought and feeling.
I AM an outpost of the Divine.
Such darkness as has used me is swallowed up
By the mighty river of light which I AM.

I AM, I AM, I AM light.
I live, I live, I live in light.
I AM light's fullest dimension;
I AM light's purest intention.

When you visualize the cosmic fiery white, gold, and orange rays around you, avoid any mistakes in your thinking, i.e. do not allow yourself to concentrate on any negative trait or condition. Don't let even your attention focus on your own alleged imperfections. Imagine what light can do for you.

I would recommend this practice to everyone at the agreed time every evening at 10:00 p.m. in the evening. As you raise your energy vibrations, you will share this light with those around you and with Earth Mother.
